Career Services
The Career Services Department maintains a professional relationship with employers in order to connect qualified graduates with job opportunities. The department acts as a liaison between students, graduates, and employers, and focuses on the development of professionalism, motivation, and ethical standards of graduates to help them succeed in their careers.
All current and prospective students have the right to review program completion rates and graduate employment rates of the institution. These statistics are updated annually and are available on the institutional website, within the Consumer Disclosure section. Printed copies can also be requested from the Admissions Department or the Registrar's office.
The Career Services staff assists graduates in preparing resumes, developing interview skills, and identifying job opportunities. Graduates should meet with the Career Services staff during their final academic term to discuss the services and opportunities available. It is the graduate's responsibility to obtain employment.
To comply with reporting requirements, the institution may contact the graduate's employer to verify their employment information. The information collected is provided to the relevant regulatory agencies; however, it is not shared with outside organizations or providers.
